Exadel, a global software engineering firm, announced the acquisition of ReeWise, a data analytics and business intelligence company. The acquisition allows Exadel to continue to expedite the ongoing growth of its software services portfolio and global development teams.


Aasonn, a U.S.-based leader in transforming systems running SAP® HR solutions, announced it has closed the acquisition of Enterprise Automatics (EA Labs), a software development company focused on building extensions and integrations to SAP SuccessFactors® solutions. EA Labs will join the team as Aasonn India with operations out of Guntur and Hyderabad, India.


Zift, a provider of merchant processing services and payment facilitation, announced its acquisition of PayVisors, a leading payments technology consulting company. The acquisition positions Zift as one of the only true payment technology companies with the ability to provide a wide range of integrated omni-channel solutions to software developers, platforms, marketplaces, payment facilitators and merchants of all sizes.
