A roundup of this week’s mergers and acquisitions in B2B…
HubSpot has announced the acquisition of Kemvi, an artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning startup that helps sales reps deepen their relationships with prospective buyers. The company’s proprietary algorithm, DeepGraph, sifts through millions of pieces of content each day to learn what’s happening with buyers and prospects and delivers that information to sales reps. The technology will be incorporated into HubSpot CRM, giving salespeople even more tools to carry out more contextual, empathetic outreach to their contacts.
Vela Trading Technologies LLC, a global leader in high performance trading, market data, and analytics technology, announced it has completed the acquisition of Object Trading, a global provider of a fully-managed Direct Market Access (DMA) platform, pre-trade risk controls, and analytics applications.
The Object Trading acquisition broadens Vela’s high-performance trading and market data technology solution set and complements the recent closure of the deal to acquire OptionsCity Software, a global provider of futures and options trading and analytics solutions.
The combination brings together proven innovators with a shared belief in simplifying the way
businesses protect data, ensure IT infrastructure availability, and maximize employee
