But, of course, acquiring a company with the detailed skills you need is challenging. You don’t always know who you’re getting or whether they are implementing best practices.

So, kicking off, what was it that stood out to us about Fayette Industrial, and why would we recommend it?

One of the things we liked the most was the outfit’s people-first culture. Fayette, unlike a lot of companies, puts most of its investment into its people, which ultimately means a higher quality of service for client firms. 

The main reason for this is the low level of turnover. People stick with Fayette Industrial for longer, which makes it easier to develop long-term relationships and systems. When the same professionals are always coming to your processing facility, it makes it more straightforward to detect issues and resolve them.

We also liked the fact that Fayette Industrial wasn’t afraid to implement proactive practices where necessary. Finally, Fayette simply offers a lot of expertise. It understands food processing hygiene in detail, and has the personnel to ensure proper delivery of the services and outcomes businesses like yours expect. 


For example, Fayette has a good grip on each of its clients’ unique equipment and the cleaning requirements it has. It doesn’t just adopt a blanket approach and hope for the best.

What We Didn’t Like: Cons

Of course, no food processing hygiene brand is perfect, and Fayette Industrial is no exception. However, we only really found minor cons with the service. Nothing was a dealbreaker for us in the end. 

For example, one of the problems that needs overcoming is the cultural inertia of the client. Fayette may adopt a people-first approach to business, but that only works if the underlying company has the human resources for implementation. Some cultures are just stuck in their ways and find it hard to adapt to forward-thinking teams that come in. 

Another chink in the armor is the higher initial cost of using Fayette Industrial. It requires investing in professional teams and processes, which can take time and money to set up and implement. Once they’re in place, they do a great job, but it isn’t as turnkey as generic solutions. 

Finally, the scale of Fayette is just smaller than a lot of other brands. Manufacturers and processors with multiple locations will struggle to use just this one company. Fayette would need to build up its resources and operations to meet the needs of national chains on a weekly basis. 

Ultimately, Fayette is for smaller processors and enterprises looking for personalized support. It’s not for the conglomerates, at least, not yet. 

Final Verdict: What Did We Think?

So, what was our overall impression of Fayette Industrials? Do we recommend the brand? 

Ultimately, the answer is “yes.” We think this company is at the forefront of the evolution of food service sanitation. The company has immense knowledge of processes and offers highly effective boutique solutions to growing companies. The short-term benefits are enormous, and these outweigh some of the long-term risks induced by size.
