Granite Bank announced the appointment of Scott A. Cooper as President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Loyd W. Dollins, who has retired after over 40 years in banking.
Cooper transitioned from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer to President and CEO and remains based out of the bank’s Colebrook, New Hampshire office.
Valley National Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Valley National Bank, announced the appointment of Ronald H. Janis as Senior Executive Vice President – General Counsel.
A recognized expert on bank and securities regulation as well as corporate governance, Mr. Janis brings many years of experience to his new position at Valley. As the Company’s General Counsel, he will be responsible for counseling senior management on a number of issues including acquisitions, federal securities law, regulatory matters and corporate governance.
TD Bank, has appointed Christopher Giamo Head of Regional Commercial Bank. Based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and New York, New York, Giamo has U.S. accountability for small business, middle market and commercial lending; government banking; treasury management services and corporate deposits; and commercial credit management.
BBG, a leading independent national commercial real-estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm, announced the appointment of Brett Wilkerson as Managing Director of the firm’s Denver office.
