iPayment Holdings Inc., a trusted provider of payment and processing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced that O.B. Rawls IV has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of iPayment. He will also serve on iPayment’s Board of Directors. Mr. Rawls’ appointment was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors.
Verve, a leader in location-powered mobile marketing, announced that its board of directors appointed Tom Kenney as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer. Kenney, an innovator in the mobile arena, is the original founder of Verve and has served as the company’s President and Chief Innovation Officer since 2015.
Allot Communications Ltd., a leading global provider of security and monetization solutions that enable service providers to protect and personalize the digital experience, announced the appointment of Mr. Alberto Sessa as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sessa will replace Mr. Shmuel Arvatz, Allot’s current CFO, who is leaving to become the CFO of a privately-held company.
Paxos, a financial technology company delivering revolutionary blockchain solutions for global financial institutions, announced the appointment of Duncan L. Niederauer, the former Chief Executive Officer of The New York Stock Exchange, to the company’s Board of Directors.
