Bonfire is a campground management platform. Bonfire’s CEO, Jerry King, has been brought onto the company’s team to help direct the acquisition’s expansion.

In doing so, we realized our flexibility transcends the realm of parking, and we are excited to work with Jerry to help serve the growing camping industry.
Equifax has acquired HIREtech, a human capital management (HCM) platform with an employer tax incentive firm. The HIREtech suite of products, includes employer and verification services. It expands the offerings of Equifax’s own payroll services products.
“We are energized by the opportunities we can offer by adding the HIREtech capabilities to our differentiated Workforce Solutions,” said Mark W. Begor, CEO of Equifax.
